This book did a great job of explaining the reasons for the war, strategies of water, and effects of the war on a level appropriate for kids. One thing I didn't like wars the author's comparison of UN sanctions to parents monitoring a child's internet use or chore. Parental involvement is not something to be despised or irritated with, and the few sentences devoted to the comparison really made it seem like that would b a valid response. Nice job covering the war, just stay out of family dynamics rather than portray caring,involved parents as obnoxious invasions of privacy.Product details

Very short book. I wish it were longer, or that page numbers had been in the description.
My son is 9 years-old, and loves to read about all wars - he especially liked this book because he could identify with the viewpoint.
